Flat affect is the tendency for people to not display facial expressions. They keep a neutral, or “flat”, face, regardless of any inner emotions.

Well, when you said “… expression is neutral”, it could have been a pun. That’s why I asked. I have some disagreements with the original post but it’s nothing against you. That’s why I thought maybe I was misinterpreting it.

Autistic folk tend to buy less into social constructs and therefore have a much higher rate of gender-nonconforming and gender neutral identifying people than other demographics
