i lied to my psychiatrist about a previous diagnosis. do i come clean or is telling him going to blow up in my face?

for context: stimulants can activate manic episodes and even psychosis in those with bipolar disorder. i knew this, but genuinely believed i had been misdiagnosed. but adderall literally made me CRAZY af. So, if youre anything like me and have comorbid adhd and bipolar please dont lie just to get stimulants. theyll help the adhd but will ruin you in the long run if youre not also on an antipsychotic or mood stablizers.
