should i go to a concert medicated or unmedicated?? ik it’s different for everyone but im indecisive and want to hear y’all’s opinions/personal experiences

personally i don’t take my adhd meds on big days like that bc i get a really bad energy crash once my meds wear off. if that happens to you id advise against it

update! the concert is literally tonight forgot to mention lmao i decided to take my meds at 3:30 because it helps with long drives and i wouldn’t crash while there or driving back

my friend is sick so imma be by myself and i’m driving, back and forth would be 4 hours this is my first concert ever so i really don’t know time wise or anything really

Then it’s up to you. If it were something like bipolar I would say absolutely medicate. But adhd I think is more of a personal choice. How bad is your adhd? How much do the meds help? Etc
