Now may not be the best time knowing that, but reflect on why that is and how you can learn from it in the future. Do your best to not let it happen again, but don’t beat yourself up if it does.

i think i mostly just need to get medicated and in therapy cause ill have these moments where i can SEE what im doing and what i will do, but i cant really do anything about it in a few days when i 1) forget about this 2) don't care about what i think now

i can see the cycle that will happen rn and i know it'll be detrimental. i just have to hope im unsuccessful or stay normal enough in the upcoming [time] that i wont let it happen

I can’t say much about medication because it didn’t work out for me but yes this is 100% something that therapy would help with

i just got a notif for this post, but yeah, uh, i hardly have any memory of making this post and i don't know what it's about. i wanna say i was just being dramatic the other day, but i have no clue what i was on. i should prob take that as something to be wary of, but rn i just think i was crazy the other day and now im normal. i don't think it was clarity anymore
