24 oz evaporated milk (use in place of roux),1 cup of whole milk, 4oz cream cheese (melt completely) 12oz sharp cheddar, 8oz Colby jack, 6oz mozzarella (add last b4 seasoning) 4oz Gouda, 1tsp onion powder, pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp of ramen seasoning, and 1/2 of mustard powder. 24oz pasta. (Probably could 1/2 the recipe for a single serving.)

Very runny when complete, give it 5 minutes to cool down, and thicken. It’s fucking delicious.

Please do, curious to hear others thoughts or remixes ❤️ (I did notice I mistyped earlier 1/4 tsp of mustard powder) keep everything on med low heat until melted and uniform. (Also shred all the cheese by hand from blocks)
