
24 oz evaporated milk (use in place of roux),1 cup of whole milk, 4oz cream cheese (melt completely) 12oz sharp cheddar, 8oz Colby jack, 6oz mozzarella (add last b4 seasoning) 4oz Gouda, 1tsp onion powder, pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp of ramen seasoning, and 1/2 of mustard powder. 24oz pasta. (Probably could 1/2 the recipe for a single serving.)
