I’m super anti-AI and my mom keeps sending me these AI images she generates of us and/or the dog. She KNOWS I’m anti-AI. My dad does the same thing. Mom just doesn’t care and dad LOVES AI

I’ve been getting AI forced down my throat bc it’s been REQUIRED to use for some assignments. & all the people telling us to use it are adults that are like “oh well. The world is changing. The industry is changing this is the new normal. We’ll be using it a lot” every single student is against it & saying “you know. We could change the norm by… not using it? We’ll be the people going into these fields & eventually taking charge. We should decide how that’s gonna look. Aka. No ai.

Yknow it REALLLLY grinds my gears that 99% of the pressure I’ve gotten from others to use AI to answer questions, cheat on HW, etc. has been from OLDER ADULTS. Most ppl my own age hate it just as much as I do

Like I’ll say I don’t use AI to answer my HW quesrions and they get totally DUMBFOUNDED and I’m like yes, I REALLY DO want to actually learn so that when I apply for jobs I can, you know, actually do them
