You’re not an outcast! Ppl probably saw you sitting there and just wanted to avoid sitting where a chair was already taken out of habit. Like— when I take a seat I always take the one that’s not nearby another person bc I don’t want to get in their space or bother them and it feels a bit uncomfortable to sit to near a stranger. I doubt it was personal! You can always move next time or come a bit later on to make sure you get to sit with others and make friends!
