thank God this is an ADHD thing i was beginning to think i had early onset dementia

i’ve been in this space so hard that i was having a conversation, then like 10 minutes later my friends referenced something from that conversation including what I SAID and i had no idea what they were talking about. it was so trippy, we were all confused 😭😭😭
