i make a list of all my favorite foods and try to prep them when i have the time and energy so i can easily grab something. this doesn’t always happen though :/

My solution to this, personally, is to get very easy frozen meals, like chicken fingers. It’s a quick source of protein to keep you full and restore your energy.

i toe the line of unhealthy weight. i prefer to sit at 125~ and im currently about 110 or 115 😭 it's a struggle in the summer to eat consistently 🫠

Seconding this! Having easy things in the freezer to make quickly and easily, with as few dishes as possible, on days when you just can’t be bothered is a game changer. I like to have veggie burgers, burger buns, fish fingers, and either peas or broccoli in my freezer, personally. You can put all those things in the microwave or in a pan to heat them up, depending on your energy level, and you still get protein, carbs, and a veggie!

Toast with butter, or cereal, is also great for when you can’t handle flavor in that moment. Some food, no matter the quality, is 100% a win when the alternative is no food 💛

when i used to go to dining halls, i went with a friend to eat there!! and noise canceling earbuds/headphobes and the understanding that we would sit together, sometimes talk if it wasn't super busy, but otherwise listen to music or watch videos on our own to eat.
