
For context, I had mentioned that one of the reason I think that I connect so well with my therapist is because she also has ADHD so when I’m talking about the things that I struggle with she actually understands what I’m saying and not just thinking that I’m not trying hard enough. Those kinds of methods are very conventional and my brain is very unconventional so they just don’t work for me no matter how much I’ve tried to make it work cause I’m constantly going a million miles a minute. And of course they pulled the “well everyone is going a million miles a minute, everyone is stressing about stuff” and like yes that’s true but it’s not affecting their lives other than a mild inconvenience meanwhile I’ve been struggling to remember to do the same task for 3 months
