Bi hun! My go to is rice noodles, marinated pork or chicken, green onions, white/yellow onion, cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms if I remember to buy them. The marinade/sauce is typically a combination of soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, a pinch of sugar, and sometimes corn starch
