look up the STARL method for interviewing! it helped me a lot and i wouldn’t have landed my current job without it :-) i’m fucking horrible at interviews but that method rly helped me lock in

It’s for an on-campus job but I was just rambling like a dummy and I think I ended the call too early. I was sent an email about personal references right after it (that I didn’t even know I had to provide cause it wasn’t on the application??) so now I’m trying to do a last minute message to my employer to see if they can cause I rlly don’t wanna pathetically answer that I have none 😭😭

IMO rambling shows interest. Also! If they want references that could be a great sign! They want a bit more info on you

Maybeee I’m just worried my employer isn’t gonna respond in time since I don’t wanna put them as a reference without their permission. Idk reference etiquette 🥲
