Right friendly is just like, a way of being polite to ppl you don’t know very well and getting on and being cooperative without necessarily meaning it’s a relationship between friends that they’d want to maintain.

Friendly means coexisting peacefully. Friends means hanging out outside of class, talking frequently.

yeah venting in a group chat of people you don't know well can make things awkward. it's much better to do that kind of stuff in person when you can see what the vibes are and if they're actually interested in talking off topic or if they just want to focus on schoolwork
