start playing a video as loud as you can get it where it’s still only through the vents and not through the walls

I ended up sleeping with my arm going over my head while pressing my ear into my arm and my hand into my other ear

i often sleep with headphones on bc of stuff like this!! white noise or brown noise and other similar stuff can rlly help, idk if u like asmr but i find that also relaxes me enough to sleep as someone who physically cannot relax lol (if u want recommendations i like batala's asmr and king caitlyn asmr!! i hate masculine voices whispering so idk of any masc people or any spoken asmr because i can't focus with talking)

I don’t😔 I did try the toliet tissue but it didn’t work to stay in. I do think I’m going to get some soon cuz this has happened before plus I’ve been going to events for ASL practice and of course the music is very loud so I really should get some either way😂😂😂

I am confused 🤔 I am not that passive aggressive but I wanna know what you mean anyway😂 but by ventilation gap I meant that the top part of one of my walls isn’t there to let air move in the kitchen because none of our windows open

ohh okay i thought it was like on the floor or wall that makes more sense. if it was one of those and sound was carrying through them from her side, it probably would carry from your side to get her to hush up but yeah probably not if it’s up high
