Why not just take Benadryl at that point? It’s literally, and I mean 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮, just the PM part of Tylenol PM. Tylenol PM is straight up just Tylenol plus a dose of Benadryl’s active ingredient. Taking Benadryl every night ain’t great either, but at least your liver isn’t getting worn out. Maybe try gentler stuff like melatonin, chamomile tea, reading a bit before bed, etc, though maybe you’ve tried all of that already

i guess yes that’s a good point. i could maybe try benadryl instead. I do tend to get headaches sometimes so that’s why i have the tylenol pm specifically atm. I used to take melatonin but i think it messed with my blood sugar or something because i would always wake up in the middle of the night and binge eat because i was ravenous
