Ts happens to me all the time and I go back and reread though things at least four times over SLOWLY and it’ll still say the same (wrong) thing and then I have to ask for help and then they read it and then I see my mistake but like damn why can’t I see my mistake after 20 bajillion slow rereads like damn

are you able to use accessibility tools like text to speech? it helps me a lot to listen to it being read out loud while i'm reading the words myself
