Yup. It doesn’t help that I have some rarer form of dandruff that is a nightmare to deal with, which adds even more things to pick at.

glad to know i’m not alone with all the scalp pickers in chat today, my shit is constantly scabbed over and bleeding, PLUS I have lupus that fucks with my skin and causes scales and dandruff and scabs all the time which of course I pick at which makes them worse
