True, but it is also pretty helpful that his teammates are actually a threat to score too. Not a slight to him, but just props to the GM for being able to build a threatening team

agreed. brunson is able to isolate a liability like harden because his teammates are too good to just be left open. not a single guy who cant either put his head down and drive to the hoop or make an open 3

Brunson’s like an nba Jalen hurts. Definitely a good player and above average, who performs well in the playoffs, but he’s definitely not top 5 in the league. It’s funny because I see the exact same quote from eagles fans saying “everyone’s better than Jalen hurts until it’s time to be better than Jalen hurts” while ignoring the many many losses in which the other team’s quarterback did in fact play better than him
