That and that there’s a cruel irony that on both sides of the law there are men utterly dedicated to their craft but struggle with what we would think is a much simpler home life. They’ve poured so much into their craft to become legends that they’ve forgotten how to be people. It’s weirdly comforting to have characters with an extreme lifestyle show that there’s dramatic moments they deal with just like the common man
