sometimes the absurdity or ethereal feeling or psychedelic experience of a film really does become more apparent when you’re not sober 😂 Mac & Devin Go To High School (2012) is one that’s like a requirement to get stoned bc the little joint man demands it. Fantastic Planet (1973) is one of those where being stoned just adds to the psychedelic nature of the film. The Big Lebowski (1998) just gets more fun when you’re stoned bc the absurdity feels even more satisfying lol.
