Yeah but they’re not narratively connected though and the Thing thing isn’t really world ending because it’s implied it died whether it was in either person so not exactly a global threat

if absolutely is not implied the thing dies lmfao. it’s left ambiguous, but if anything, it’s kinda implied that it’s still alive. highly recommend listening to the john carpenter commentary track on the shout 4k/blu ray if you have it
