Yes, really. You have two Nolan films, a Villenueve, & project X. You gotta watch more movies. There’s much more out there.

I watch a lot more movies than just those. And yes they’re popular movies, but it’s far from a basic top 4. A basic top 4 would have like the Godfather, Pulp Fiction, the Lion King, and stuff like that. A basic bitch who doesn’t watch a lot of movies would have stuff like Anyone But You and the Hunger Games and that sort of stuff.

If you can’t see how your top 4 completely aligns with the type of films you just listed then I can’t help you. There’s nothing wrong with liking popular movies but you just look basic. That’s all. I saw your previous post of your top 20. You watch popular movies. That’s ok but don’t act like you’re not basic

i mean no disrespect, i love anybody and everybody who loves film. but these films along with your top 20 are just so standard. again no disrespect but it looks like your taste in movies are shaped around spectacle and not something deeper or more valuable which is what real great films produce.
