His death was a requirement of Fox letting Disney use him and Wanda. Blame Marvel Comics for selling all the filming rights to multiple studios in the 90s to prevent bankruptcy

Even if he moved them he would’ve been shot? Like yeah could’ve panned out better but he still would’ve made it to the at the moment the bullets hit
