Avatar: The Last Airbender, is one of the highest rated shows on IMBD. Has one of arguably the best character archs of all time, and is widely used for inspiration for other shows animated or not. I feel like this is a very pretentious take.

mad men, twin peaks, regular show (a couple rocky seasons for sure, but a fantastic ending), black sails, westworld, the sopranos, breaking bad, adventure time, community, futurama— should i keep going?

community does not have a perfect ending. i say this as a community fan. only two or three of the shows listed i would say have a ending on the same level as atla. thats mad men, the sopranos, and breaking bad.

???? again, i love the show! it was a childhood favorite and it’s still a very personal show to me as an adult! i just don’t think it’s the *only* show with a perfect ending, which OP is saying. that sounds much more pretentious imo.

well, i personally thought community ended perfectly, and i didn’t even like that last season lol. to each their own. i just wanted to make the point that it’s kind of ignorant and pretentious to claim a show you like is the only show ever to have a “perfect” ending. op could’ve just said they a perfect ending is hard to accomplish and atla did it or something lol.
