I agree it was mostly just woke shit in exchange for humor. A huge waste of Gerwig and Baumbach’s talent

Also I hated the beginning and ending the very first and last scenes were just off putting

Yeah same. The cinematography could be cool but a lot of the scenes and dialogue made no sense. I’ve never seen a David Lynch movie but I imagine they’re very similar. It’s like a 7/10 movie but the fanbase treating it like a masterpiece makes me kinda hate it.
