I think its cause they dont want to see women actors on tv for hero movies cause it portrays them as strong and independent. Im simple minded so my brain goes: “girl is pretty me like me go watch movie” 🤷‍♂️🫪

See but these guys always wanna claim that their criticisms are based in their love for comic books and these characters in their original forms, and I really don’t think you can really be an X-Men fan if you hate the women characters. If you asked me to think up my top 10 favorite female superheroes, most of them would be X-Men.
