I’mma be real, being mad that the guy who originally looked like the product of a hatefuck between Spock and Aquaman doesn’t more accurately reflect Mesoamerican Culture is sorta just a waste of time and effort.

This happens all the time though, Ms. Marvel was all about her getting a suit that represents her and her culture only to immediately get replaced in her first movie appearance
