Hurt Locker, King’s Speech and Argo are solid. Will agree though that a lot of modern Best Pictures are movies that people will/have probably forget in like 10-15 years.

Loved Slumdog Millionaire when it came out but heard it hasn’t aged well.
12 Years a Slave, Birdman, and Moonlight hold up well.
The Shape of Water is a good movie but not a good Best Picture winner.
