Bad storytelling is killing the MCU and the DCU is doing pretty well if guys like this would just let go of the Snyderverse (which was killed by bad storytelling).

Women didn’t kill the Alien franchise. The most popular human character in the series is a woman.

Especially because it was explicitly women who SAVED Star Trek from being cancelled when it was first on air

Alien is LITERALLY written as feminist media 🤦

Frl everyone acting like a man didn’t direct it

That post is ridiculous and grounded in fallacy but modern feminism does ruin a lot of “would be” great movies

hoe women CREATED star trek it wouldn’t be around if not for them

I thought Snyderverse had good storytelling personally. I respect your opinion though

Maybe in the beginning, but that Flash movie really killed the franchise.

Also I know a lot of the storylines that were used/references for those stories, and the originals are better.

Strongly disagree (aside from Flash slander. Fuck that movie). I hope you like the future of DC though! Superman was great, so I’d say we’re off to a good start!

and batman and peacemaker and the suicide squad

The DCU doesn’t have a Batman movie yet, but there’s an upcoming Clayface movie

Bro why is everyone downvoting me for simply liking the Snyderverse?????

AnonymousOP3w
Well originally the Snyderverse fans I was referring to were the ones that had the convoluted idea that bashing and review bombing the Superman movie would kill the DCU and bring back the Snyderverse so they might be thinking you’re part of that group.

Anonymous#33w
disagree bc it would still be lazy writing and agenda pushing no matter what. If not women then it would just try to appeal to another group?

Appealing to the audience is how franchises gain traction but I get ur point. I’m against pushing politics of any kind in movies. Lazy storytelling is ruining cinema for sure. Anything with a great plot would be nice

Anonymous#43w
That would be very weird considering how every comment where I mention liking the Snyderverse has also stressed that I respect their opinions and hope they like the new direction the DCU is going in

cinema, the famously apolitical medium💀💀

I liked the snyderverse but honestly think it was long dead before flash. Maybe storyline wise it wasn’t the strongest, but I think it was executive greed that rlly killed that franchise
