I think #3 could be slightly mistaken. Below is spoilers for Superman The character was taking selfies of the fights because it was a false flag and she was gathering a portfolio to prove that Lex was behind the attacks to get Superman to look bad. In comparison, the post here could be saying the shooter was a false flag too. Maybe trying to make the left look bad so the right can impose heavier policing.

Incompetence is common, but the US is a huge fan of false flag operations. There are many attempted assassinations of Trump, but then it publicized one was him "getting shot in the face" which honestly seems like a staged attempt. So the massive amount of media present and the lax security at the event recently leads me to believe it COULD be another staged attempt.
