Stick an item filter over the input to the storage system (which tbh you could use the filter AS A PART of the storage)- pulls iron down into the lower chests while leaving poppies to move down the line

I’ve used the same one since college (6 years) and it’s 1 block wide so it’s ez to put a large amount in a row to sort LOTS of items
