PEACEFUL MODE IS YOUR FRIEND. No hostile mobs will spawn. I’ve been playing for probably a decade and I still play survival on peaceful mode. Combat is so hard on pocket edition AND also I get wayyyy to anxious 😭

Go to the closest village you can find and click on the big metal guy walking around. You can’t “attack” him and so clicking on him makes him follow you around and basically guard you
