i often use llamas in my open air animal pens because if they get hit they'll spit back and that can save some time while you come help. but you have to be aware or have an alarm system

thanks! there's a trick to it tho. you can't have too many or they'll start a war with each other and destroy everything in the pen. roughly 1 llama for every 5x5 block space seems to be a sweet spot but i'm still troubleshooting it. alternatively if you're usually nearby, 1 will do
