Minecraft on Sidechat | Mine-carts are way too slow. There should be a faster version of the powered rail (accelerated rail?) - it would allow for much faster travel over long distances for committed players.

try the trick with using a boat on ice! i agree though that the rails kind of suck :/ and all that ice is a lot harder to get than rails unfortunately

yeahhh i’m trying that at the moment with the metro i’m making on my realm (it’s a 2x2 wide tunnel) and the thing is the boat gets a bit tricky when trying to straighten it out and make those 90 degree turns. like it’s good for mini games and all that but not really in this context :/
