….can someone help me figure out how to widen Park Avenue by 4 blocks on each side without absolutely destroying the gorgeous work he did on these buildings?

I tried moving entire city blocks, but it just fucked up all the other streets, so I put it back the way it was

Each side of Park Avenue is currently 13 blocks (count the yellow and black). It needs to be 17 each side.
