So I’m getting my masters to become a therapist… and I am struggling with depression so bad.. like I’m not even doing my own homework… like how the fuck am I supposed to help people? When I there are days I can’t get out of bed too????

My therapist has a therapist who also apparently has a therapist (she told me this bc I thought I was weak for needing therapy) I wanna know who the head therapist is

my therapist always talks to me about her depression and she also has a therapist too, it actually makes me feel a lot more validated and heard. not to sound weird but it honestly feels way more relatable to have a therapist who understands how hard it is.

Jokes aside take care of yourself and if you don’t already you should look into a therapist and some psych help. It truly does help a lot

AND it doesn’t make you any less of a therapist. I like hearing about my therapists therapy. Helps me feel less alone knowing even the people I think have it completely together are struggling just like me
