Depressed for over 10 years, tried killing myself when I was 10 and 13, doing better now though. Just gotta wait it out.

No storm lasts a lifetime… give it one more day, and tell yourself “one more day” everyday… Before you notice, life will have sorted itself out

I also went by this motto and I got out of the bad times. It’s about acknowledging how sucky things are, but knowing that it will pass at some point
