
Like I want to know how to stop panicking when people take longer than a minute to respond to my text. I want to learn to manage my depression I already know the root causes. I took a psychology class and spent multiple years analyzing my brain in my free time to find out the root causes… I need help learning how to cope and put skills into actions… maybe Ive been in the wrong type of therapy.
Also every therapist I’ve been too has like a script— which I get they studied the same thing but it makes me feel like I’m talking to a robot. Idk but me personally I don’t share all this information about my life to a robot. Like I bet I’d get a similar experience talking to chat GPT. Instead I’m paying money for the experience of talking to a robot. I don’t even know why this bothers me so much…
