sh is a really hard thing to go through, coming from someone who also just relapsed after being clean for a good amount of time. you are not stupid and you have absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about. there are going to be times where the feelings get so strong, but i promise they pass!! if you ever need someone to talk to ill be here, i see you and you are going to be okay ❤️
