
Most people will experience at least one episode similar to the one you're describing, all you can do is brush yourself off and take things one step at a time. Try and establish a routine throughout the day (set aside a specific time for meals, read part of a book at a certain time, etc.) and if you're overwhelmed try to break whatever you're working on into small chunks, as long as you're alive you'll always have someone to talk to, you've just got to find them.
