I am currently being treated for Cotard's Delusions, which is so scary. I can’t imagine what it would be like to have your struggles. I’m glad you’re getting help, I hope things are getting easier for you 💕

What’s that? And thank you. It sounds ridiculous to most people but they don’t understand in the moment it’s something I really believe.

It’s sometimes called walking corpse syndrome, where the person thinks they are either dead or missing vital organs. For me, it was always the second. So hard trying to explain that one to loved ones 😬
