Sometimes it helps me body double to regulate my emotions better. Maybe you could find someone to do that for you at night?

If you’re having a repeat of thoughts this often maybe try journaling about it. Sometimes just writing down the thoughts gives you an opening to see where the root is. Often times when you see a pattern, it’s because your mind is looking for something; acknowledgement, validation, understanding, etc. it’s okay for you to be the person to give that to yourself ♥️
