Yea. It can take a while to find a better life but it comes. Just fight through it for a while. You’re in the process of finding a better you.

Yes, they will. I genuinely didn’t believe it was possible for a very, very long time, was having them pretty much every hour of the day. Now they pop up once, maybe twice a year usually because my hormones are acting up, and they’re never near as intense as they used to be.
