So tired of being depressed and upset about having trouble with spending money I don’t need to spend. I know I put myself in that situation but then I spend more to feel better getting food then feel worse.
Get out spend time in nature , practice meditation and breath work it really helps
I would recommend Art of Living Happiness program it helps to reduce depression stress anxiety , retreat really helps. Just do it

I set a budget up on excel after this and felt better. I found one to where I’d have roughly 1K extra a month
