I’m sorry you’re going through that. I would suggest having a close friend you can talk to. I never had it so I still do it because it works for my brain. Whenever you feel like doing it, text your friend instead

What helps me when I am tempted to SH is to rip up a blank piece of paper into shreds to let my anger/sadness out instead

Pretend ur bobbing for apples in the coldest fucking water possible like fill up ur sink and put in ice cubes it genuinely helps
