
You gotta start somewhere with physically caring for yourself to make yourself feel worth it. You and your body are deserving of that self care, I promise. You’ll get that confidence and feel more worth it as you consistently take care of yourself. And I’m not talking a full skincare routine and 2 hours in the gym, baby steps. Daily routine of brushing your teeth at night and showering everyday forever. Brush in the morning when you feel like it, floss when you feel like it.
I feel that, skipped a lot of nights when I was at my worst, just falling asleep in bed high most nights. Just make an agreement with yourself to do it in the morning after breakfast if you skip, and if your busy getting up early for work in the morning at least swish some mouthwash around
