If you’re in school rn, I highly recommend looking into getting accommodations through your college/university student accessibility services. Was a game changer for me academically. Especially 1.5X extended time on exams and reduced distraction environment for exams. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Meds & therapy have really helped.

I’ve tried both. Countless different medications, and have been to 5 different therapists.

Keeping a daily planner or using a habit tracking app, also using google/outlook calendar for remembering appointments and general time management. I know this probably isn’t the most helpful advice but just trying to share some ideas.
