I’m so frustrated because I can’t lose weight healthily. I keep going between BED and then I over exhaust myself and overly restrict. I just want to be able to not obsess over my body.

Something that’s really been helping me lately. Is using a juice protein drink. And I kind of sip on them in between meals and it really curbs hunger. Of course, still eat regular meals, but it helps with extra hunger

same it’s like a vicious cycle i need to stop binging so that i stop restricting as much i think

I use seeq my favorite is the watermelon and the fruit punch

Might have to try that because I’m a major eater of unhealthy foods when I get bored or hungry at any time
