i was driving the other day and on the other side of the highway there was a really bad accident. the cars were completely crushed and there were fire trucks and police speeding to get there. and my first thought was “i really hope they’re all okay”. my next thought was “im so jealous if they’re not”.

Same. There is no shame in reaching out to someone for help! Therapist, friend, family member, heck even me.
