Is it an option to slowly distance yourself? Suddenly cutting everyone off would definitely seem extreme to them if you haven't voiced your concerns. But if these are relationships you've decided you don't want to hold onto, you don't have to explain yourself (fully, at least)

i would just tell them but i don't want to because i feel fake for acting like everything they've done has been ok when it wasn't but it's also fake for me to not tell them so im just stuck
